Our operation’s manager, Mark Ruda, had some specific needs when he built up his Kona Process 111. The bike must go uphill efficiently, and it needs to be a rocket on the way down.

His 27 pound custom Kona Process 111 fit those needs precisely.

Build Highlights from Mark:

RaceFace 800 SixC handlebars 35mm clamp
35mm RaceFace stem 35mm clamp
SLX brakes
240 hubs
Revelation fork
Next SL Cranks
XTR drivetrain
Ardent 2.4 tires
It has my wussy bike packing gearing on it now, 30t chain ring with a 40t Hope T Rex ratio expander
I usually run a 34t X-Sync chain ring with an XT 11-36. Not having top end is lame.
M785 pedals
