Spin Class! Cancelled.
A Nice Mix of Rock and Sweating Your Ass Off
Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Breathe Spin/Yoga classes. Fortunately, it is because they are expanding to a new and better location. Once things settle back down, we’ll see about moving this rockin’ good time forward again. Stay tuned.
Our friends at Breathe (Yoga. Spin. Art.) are coming to Salvagetti Bicycle Workshop to help you get your sweat on. We are going to do 1 hours worth of work: 45 minutes of spinning and 15 minutes of yoga for your core. After your bike is setup in the Kurt trainer and the music is pumping, you will be lead down the path of fun work. What that means is you versus yourself. It means that you will work as hard as you need to.
And for the second part, you will move to the yoga mats. You will work on your core, where true cycling strength comes from. This will complete your workout so you will get stronger and become a better cyclist!
SPIN ON YOUR BIKE
You know your bike. You are friends with it. So don’t leave your friend alone this winter.

Bike to Salvagetti and get fit, not fat this Winter.
Spinning helps you find your weaknesses and strengths. It helps build up muscle and shed fat. Our plan for you is this: Attend spin classes all Winter, show up for a ride this Spring with one of your snowboarding buddies and beat them soundly in every single way. Now, we just need to talk you into your first class…

Sign up here. You know you want to. We only have a couple of spots available for each class, so try to plan ahead.
SWEAT

beth pedrick says:
What kind of spin class? Race day? will we be doing around the worlds? Do we need to visualize anything? Very important!
Jen says:
Beth, I teach like I ride. Since this is winter, I guide you through an intense base mile workout, wrapping it up with some core work. Working on a 1-10 scale, 5 being your flat road, I spend most of the class in the 7-8 aerobic range, bringing you up to a 9 or a 10 seldom.
Hope to see you there! It’s a lot of fun!
Jay says:
How much are the classes?
Scott says:
$10 (usually).
Bring your bike.
Bring water.
And bring cash! (tips don’t hurt either, if you loved the class)
