Our New Location and More

So… We moved. But, we already told you that

We are up and running at 1611 Platte St. (one block NW of REI and Vitamin Cottage). We love the neighborhood. And so far, the neighborhood loves us back. We have seen many familiar faces come in glowing with excitement. But, we haven’t seen everyone. So, how can we cure that problem? Booze. Just kidding. But, not really.

Grand (ish) Opening

We are having a small meet and greet party on Friday, Sept. 4th from 7 to 9 pm. We will have some refreshments from Corks and some from Vitamin Cottage. We are also going to have (we are sure for only a limited amount of time) chocolates from Wen’s Chocolates, also located on Platte St. On a side note, Wen’s is pretty amazing.

This will be an opportunity to… well, meet and greet. Please come out and celebrate our hard work.

Pablo’s Flapjack Breakfast Ride

We are supporting the Pablo’s Flapjack Breakfast in the following ways:
1. We are selling the tickets for the event at 1611 Platte St. for $5 ($3 for 12 and under).
2. We are donating a bike for the raffle they are doing. It is a pretty bike.
3. We are going to meet at Salvagetti at 9 am and usher a pile of people over to Pablo’s to ensure that everyone is hungry enough to get their $5 WORTH.

So, your directed to: Come buy a ticket with $5 cash, arrive at Salvagetti on Sept. 13th at 9 am and then WIN THAT BIKE.

All of the proceeds go to the African Community Center. Which is a great program.

Cyclocross Team

What can we say? We want to race cyclocross with you!

Here is the deal: You buy a jersey for a reduced rate. And then we start picking through our PILE of SPONSORS to see what you need to be race ready. You will be contractually obligated to mention Salvagetti in a positive way at all social events that you attend for pretty much the rest of your life.
